UV GLOW TATTOO

Here we have yet another UV Glow Tattoo in the works. This one only has three parts, the foreground, the background, and the UV glow area. First we start with the foreground, making our way to the background and finishing up with the UV Glow ink. When this piece is done it will grab the attention of all those near and far.
